Turner, a resident of Tallassee, Alabama, and formerly of Montgomery, Alabama, passed away Friday, March 28, 2014, at the age of 70. Graveside services will be Tuesday, April 01, 2014, at 11:00 am at Montgomery Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Baxter Chism officiating, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Turner is survived by her sons, Tommy Hitson (Pam) and Larry Hitson (Shannon); grandchildren, Larry Hitson, III, Dexter Hitson (Christine) and Mallory Hitson; great grandson, Orion Hitson; sisters, Jane Chism (Billy) and Lanora Myers (Keith); niece and nephew, Leah Chism Kelly and Baxter Chism. Mrs. Turner retired from the City of Montgomery several years ago. The family will receive friends Monday evening, March 31, 2014, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Jeffcoat Funeral Home.
