Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Hall Maddox

Jeffcoat Funeral Home 255 Friendship Road Tallassee, AL 36078 Tel (334) 283-6801 Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Hall Maddox, a resident of Swansea, South Carolina, and formerly of Tallassee, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at the age of 72. Funeral services will be Sunday, July 1, 2012, at 3:00pm from Jeffcoat Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Erskine Shivers officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Maddox is survived by her husband of 54 years, Mr. Robert “Buck” Maddox; two daughters: Terri Savanna (Randy) Craft of Swansea, SC and Maurie Ann (Kevin) Singletary of Chapin, SC; a son, Robert E. (Shannon) Maddox, Jr. of Gaston, SC; two sisters, Betty (Morris) Clark of Holtsville, AL and Christeen (Wayne) Behselich of Ft. Atkinson, WI; six grandchildren, Tyler (Melinda) Craft, Justin Craft, Cody Singletary, Olivia Maddox, Rachel Singletary, Jess Maddox and a great-grandchild, Ansleigh Craft. Mrs. Maddox was born in Tallassee, Alabama, a daughter of the late Grady Raymond and Lily Velma Webster Hall. She was a graduate of Tallassee High School, Class of 1957, attended Auburn University and was a member of Faith Baptist Church. Mrs. Maddox was a loving wife, mother and extended family caregiver. The family will receive friends Sunday, July 1, 2012, from 1:30pm until service time at Jeffcoat Funeral Home.
