Funeral services will be Thursday, May 31, 2012, at 2:00pm at Tallaweka Baptist Church with Rev. Isaac Kervin and Rev. Todd Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Baptist Cemetery, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. Mr. Peters is survived by his wife, Mrs. Marie Smith Peters; daughters, Alicia Hout (Tim) and Paula Hester; grandchildren, Heather Hester, Stephen Hester and Stephanie Hout; great grandchildren, Laiken Pickering (born on her grandfather’s birthday), Heath Hester, Lauren Hester, Brennan Hester and Ava Hester; several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Lovie Peters; his grandson, Gerald Hester and all his brothers and sisters. Mr. Peters was a resident of Milton, Florida, since 1957. Golf was his passion and he was a lifetime member of Tanglewood Country Club in Milton. Paul also loved and enjoyed Lakeside Country Club in Tallassee.
