Mrs. Barbara Shelton Teague, a resident of Eclectic, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, June 05, 2012, at the age of 78.
Funeral services will be Friday, June 08, 2012, at 11:00am at First Baptist Church of Eclectic with Rev. Britt Green officiating. Mrs. Teague will lie in state at the church one hour prior to services. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Teague is survived by her husband of 60 years, Mr. Joe Teague; her children, Terry Teague (Gloria), Kerry Teague (Linda) and Alayne Wilson (Tommy); five grandchildren, Seth Teague, Caleb Teague, Jana Teague, Nicole Teague and Dawson Wilson; brother, James Shelton (Jimmie Ruth); several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Teague was the oldest, regular attending member of First Baptist Church of Eclectic since the age of six weeks.
The Teague Family would like to express their appreciation to the staff and volunteers of Montgomery Cancer Center, the caring staff of Amedisys Hospice and to all of their loving friends and church family for all of your kindness and support.

The family will receive friends Thursday, June 07, 2012, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Jeffcoat Funeral Home.
